This project consisted of a 250-unit condominium complex situated on a 3-acre site along the Hudson River waterfront. Project included site planning, engineering and surveying services for the apartment and parking structures, utilities, water quality swales, storm and sanitary sewers, lighting and landscaping.

Avalon Cove South, Jersey City, NJ
This project consisted of a topographic survey of the site, including location of all existing utilities, subdivision plot based upon the existing boundary survey, and stormwater runoff
calculations.

Legacy Apartments, Jersey City, NJ
Design and preparation of a 400-unit residential project for site plans and approval. Permitting included waterfront development in addition to local approvals.
