Comprehensive engineering and surveying services from planning board application through construction documents for new 200-room Hartz Mountain Industries hotel. Project consisted of preparation of subdivision creating new lot for the hotel, as well as title survey, and topographic survey, including existing utilities in adjacent roadways (6th Street and Washington Boulevard).

Mainstay Hotel, Secaucus, NJ.
Comprehensive engineering and surveying services for 130-room hotel for the Sunburst
Hospitality Corporation. Project included all services necessary for receiving approval from Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission and local authorities. Services included NJDEP permitting with a special emphasis on working closely with the department to eliminate the need for a sanitary sewer pump station.

Amerisuites Hotel, Fair Lawn, NJ.
Engineering and surveying services for the construction of a 140-room hotel within an existing mixed-use development. Services included studies for determination of shared parking availability; design and permitting of sanitary sewer pump station; preparation of site plan drawings for local authorities and Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission approval.
