CityScape Engineering and Surveying, PC
Formerly known as Macdel Engineering, PC, we were recently acquired by the owner of Matrix New World Engineering, Jayne Warne. Macdel, now CityScape, has been providing services for over twenty years to both public and private sector clients.

Ms. Jayne Warne, PE decided to change Macdel's name to CityScape with the objective of utilizing the staff experience with the urban sector as a reference point to target new urban markets.

CityScape counts among its staff with professional licensed surveyors in the States of New York and New Jersey and professional engineers in New Jersey. We have provided civil engineering and surveying services to both public and private sector clients. In the public sector, the firm has provided site planning and engineering services for several schools, public parks, the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Transit System and the Southern New Jersey Light Rail Transit System.

In the private sector, CityScape has provided site planning and engineering services for a wide variety of development projects, including hotels, residential, retail, office, industrial and warehousing. We also have extensive experience in New Jersey Storm Water Management regulations and the Department of Environmental Protection's various land use regulations.
